it SAT (:

yesterday worked dinner shift.full house again.
but didn't end very late.around 10plus.but waited for Dan, Alan and a new staff to come back from oc.they came back at around 11.30pm.helped to unpack some stuff.had dinner.and we surprised Alan with a birthday cake bought by Jacky at 12AM.haha.ate the birthday cake then Jacky and Alan went over to new harbor watch soccer match.while they were out,we discussed about Alan's birthday celebration.we all went off from bg at 1plus.cabbed with Francis.and he purposely choose a Mercedes cab.reached home,wash up and played psp again.slept at around 3plus.


as for today,i woke up at around 11am.bathed and went out to meet baby.used the computer to find some movies to download and watch next time.then played the psp and he played dota.went bathing.then we played the psp while waiting to go out for dinner to celebrate baby's mum birthday.we went out at 8pm.uncle goh drove us there.

eat at Mosque Street there, "味之楼"(Taste Paradise).a Chinese cuisine restaurant."a picture taken from their website,this is EXACLY where we sitted just now"


there was valet parking too.so "classy".lol.very nice food of course.we drank tea and abit of red wine brought by uncle goh.

First was the must try starters."Combination of Pan Seared Foie Gras, Wasabi Mayonnaise Prawn and Slice of Beijing Duck with Condiments".the prawn was very crunchy,the Pan Seared Foie Gras tastes weird,never eat before,and the duck was nice,very tasty.
Next dish up is the "Double Boiled Superior Shark’s Fin with Dried Conpoy in Traditional Beijing Broth accompanied with Bacon Onion Roll".very filling.each of us had an extra onion roll.hahah.very cripsy.and it was served in a Japanese stone pot.this is also a must try dish.

Next dish was the "black pig" imported from america.it took some time for the dish to be served.need wait for the pig to 'fly' here,said by baby.lol.but the meat is really very tender,very easy to cut.but for this dish,i didnt took any photo and lazy to find from else where.lol.it was a shared dish,thats why no picture.

Next dish is a fish.a whole fish,very tasty.but didnt know whats that fish.they said something in cantonese i think,but i dun understand.lol.no picture too ):

Then last dish was the "seafood mee pok".as you see the name of the dish,it is very simple dish,small portion,with "shiny" prawn,fish,veggy,and scallop.although the portion was small,but we find it just right.as we were feeling quite full already.and this too,no picture.lol.but can somehow imagine la.mee pok lo.but more class and small portion with nicer side food one.lol.

Then was the dessert.we all had "almond cream" except for baby who had "aloe vera with calamansi". as he dun eat almond.hahah.

didnt took pic for mine becos is jus a simple bowl with the almond cream.but took baby's because the dry ice mke the dessert very attractive.

Hmm,the service was very good throughout the meal. Our tea was constantly topped up and was greeted with smiles always.the managers were very friendly.one of them was uncle goh friend.but not only he's friendly to us.i noticed that he was friendly to the other guest too.
The ambience of the restaurant was good too.

Overall was excellent.

uncle goh drove me back home after food and drove baby to nic hse.he's staying over over there.i'll be guai today.came home (:
